GM Jr. High Wrestlers Win Team Title at The Mercer Tournament

The Lancers Jr.high wrestling team passed up Ridgeway in the championship round to win the title. The Lancers were in second place all day but with a fantastic finish and five champions the Lancers came out on top.

Leading the team was a first year wrestler Jake Baker with five wins all by pin. Tyler Hendricks had five wins by pin. Also taking first with five wins were Ossie Bowers with four pins and Parker McDermott with three pins. Our final champion was Joe Wheeling. The Lancers had two runner-ups Deane Twitchell and Ben Leute. Finishing third was Kevin Sult.
